- Shikoku: ¥760
- Hokkaido, Kyushu and Okinawa: ¥870
Free standard shipping
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise total after discounts is ¥5,000 or more. This offer does not cover products assigned to gift and fragile-item shipping.
Products with free shipping
The first-time tasting set and the Omakase coffee subscription ship free within Japan. Every delivery of the Omakase coffee subscription has free shipping.
Ordering gifts, fragile items and other products together
Products assigned to gift and fragile-item shipping incur the regional fee above regardless of the order value. When ordered with standard-shipping products, the applicable fees for the two shipping groups are added together.
Adding a product with free shipping does not make shipping free for other products in the order. The final fee depends on the destination, the combination of products and any discounts. Check the shipping method and fee shown at checkout before placing your order.
When goods are handed over
Orders are normally dispatched between the same day and one week: for convenience store payment and bank transfer, once payment is confirmed; for credit card payment, after the payment confirmation email is sent.
Please note that a concentration of orders may mean it takes longer.
