awan market 5th
Share
Hello, everyone.
This is a note about an event Botarhythm will be joining.
On Saturday, May 27, 2023, I'll be setting up a stall at "awan market 5th," a craft market held at Tateyama Castle's Shiroyama Park.

awan market is a small market where a wonderfully diverse group of vendors gathers, selling handmade items and things born out of everyday life.
Each item carries something beyond a simple transaction: the vendor's own view of the world, their values, and the thoughts that live in their daily life.
At Botarhythm Coffee Roaster, I carefully select coffee beans from around the world, carry forward the intentions and concepts behind each producer's work and farm, and finish each roast so the character of the beans can be fully felt.
Alongside the beans themselves, I'll also be offering drip coffee on the day, as well as honey from the Japanese honeybees I keep as a beekeeper myself.
Once again, there will be many wonderful vendors on hand. Pottery, bread, baked sweets, rice flour chiffon cake, freshly fried croquettes, Taiwanese sweets, and more: plenty to enjoy for both the eyes and the palate.
Here is the list of vendors:
- awan kiln, Kazuaki Shimura (pottery)
- KUJIKA The Oven (bread)
- Kota Nishiyama (awa-yaki)
- So Kusa (bread, baked sweets)
- maison de terra (rice flour chiffon cake, pudding)
- 3103 croquette (freshly fried croquettes)
- Shirahama Tofu Workshop + Hibi Kosakushitsu (Shirahama tofu bento and Taiwanese sweets)
Everyone, please don't miss this special occasion. I hope it becomes a place where each person who takes part can find something nourishing for a richer everyday life, along with new discoveries and encounters.
Bring your friends and family along, and enjoy a pleasant day at Tateyama Castle's Shiroyama Park.
