Our Journey

On September 9, 2019, the building I had entrusted with my dream of becoming a roastery was struck by a violent typhoon.
The outer walls were torn away, and the inside was left flooded. There was no clear path forward for reopening as a roastery.
But with the support and encouragement of so many people, and after more than I can put into words, I was able to quietly begin roasting at the roastery that December.
The following spring, the coronavirus pandemic began shaking the world.
As the food and beverage industry as a whole took a heavy hit, I chose to operate by reservation only, putting the safety of customers and the local community first.
Because of that decision, there were surely people who made the trip out to see me only to find the doors closed.
I offer my sincere apologies for that.
These days, I keep core hours from 11am to 3pm.
Having come through those difficulties with an even deeper commitment to the craft, I look forward to welcoming you to a place where you can encounter coffee worth remembering.
The latest updates on hours and openings are posted regularly on Instagram.
Please take a look.
With gratitude for everyone's support, I will keep working to bring you a cup worth remembering, made from the best coffee beans I can offer.
