From Huila, a celebrated Colombian origin and something of a standard at Botarhythm, a coffee marked by a clean mouthfeel and a smooth, refined sweetness.

[About the origin]
Colombia is one of the defining coffee producing countries in the world.
Within it, the growing area of Huila in the southwest is known for producing coffee of particular quality. It lies where the Andes divide into three ranges, a place blessed with fertile soil.
The La Plata district sits at an especially high altitude of 1,500 to 1,900m, and has put its effort into high quality coffee production, establishing a coffee laboratory in 2003.
Committed smallholders, each farming about 2ha, continue their tireless work to make farming both sustainable and high in quality.
