[About the origin]
Huila in southwestern Colombia is known for producing high quality coffee. Its growing area lies where the Andes divide into 3 ranges, at a high altitude of 1,600 to 1,900m and blessed with fertile soil.
The 97 producers belonging to the San Agustin association work together, share what they know, and learn from one another to improve and produce good coffee. Green bean sorting that strictly removes defects selects these AA grade beans.
