[Origin Notes]
Huila, in southwestern Colombia, is known for producing high-quality coffee. Its growing region sits where the Andes split into three branches, at altitudes of 1,600 to 1,900 meters, blessed with fertile soil.
The 97 producers who belong to the San Agustín association work together, sharing knowledge, learning from one another, and improving to strive for fine coffee. Through green-bean sorting that rigorously removes defective beans, these AA-grade beans are selected.
